Ingredients

● 2 pounds potatoes (6-7)
● 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (approx)
● 1 teaspoon garlic powder
● 3-4 tablespoons italian seasoning
● Parmesan cheese
● Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 425 F
2. Peel & dice potatoes into 1 inch cubes
3. Place potatoes in baking pan
4. Toss potatoes with oil, seasoning & cheese
5. Bake 30-40 mins or until tender
