Ingredients
● 1 onion, chopped
● 2 garlic cloves, minced
● 1 green pepper chopped
● 1-2 pounds lean ground beef
● 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
● 1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
● 1 container beef broth
● 1 large can crushed tomatoes
● 1 can diced tomatoes
● 1 small can tomato paste
● 2 cans kidney beans
● 1 can Lentils
● Shredded Cheese
Preparation
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat; cook and stir onion, and garlic until softened.
2. Add beef and cook until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; add Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
3. Stir crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, green pepper & beans to beef mixture. Season with salt & pepper, Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve shredded cheese with chili.
