Ingredients
● 1 pound ground beef of stewing beef
● Salt & pepper to taste
● 1⁄2 small onion chopped
● 4-5 large potatoes
● 1 can peaches & cream corn
● 2 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Boil & mash potatoes
3. Fry ground beef, garlic & onion, drain excess grease.
4. Pour the meat mixture into a 9×9 baking dish.
5. Spread it out evenly
6. Add a layer of corn & spread evenly
7. Spoon the mashed potatoes on top, carefully spread it out evenly.
8. Bake uncovered for 25-30 mins
