Ingredients

6-7 cups of sauce Filling
● 2 cups frozen spinach
● 4 cups (500 g) ricotta cheese
● 1/3 cup grated parmesan
● 1 cup shredded mozzarella
● 1 egg
● 1 garlic clove minced
● 1⁄2 tsp salt & pepper
● 1 Box of Oven Ready cannelloni shells

Preparation

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Place spinach in a strainer & press out most of the liquid
3. In a large bowl mix ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella, egg, garlic, salt, pepper & spinach until well combined.
4. In an 9 x 13 pan spread a bit of sauce on the base
5. Fill tubes with filling & place in baking dish.
6. Arrange stuffed cannelloni in a single layer leaving about 1⁄4 inch space between each shell.
7. Cover with remaining sauce, making sure each shell is covered.
8. Cover dish & cook for 1 hr or until noodles are tender.
